This module defines and manages the sales structure, including all processes related to the sales force, the settlement of commissions and the management of the relations with agencies marketing the products offered by the services provider.

Management of products and Services
SmartFlex provides consolidated and unique information on commercial matters such as products and services portfolios and information on the status of each product. This information can be shared with the different areas of the company in order to seek a reduction of administrative and auditing controls, thus reducing operational costs.

SmartFlex supports different collection processes such as in-line payments or through files delivered to collection entities, as well as defining different methods of payment such as cash, check, credit or debit cards, among others, updating customer balance and payments received at each collection point.

Collection’s Management
SmartFlex supports all accounts receivable collection operations, through collection entities or directly, including the suspension, withdrawal and reconnection of service.

Tariffs
SmartFlex allows you to implement in an agile and timely manner different price and discount schemes for multiple telecommunication services, through simple business rules which allow for the settlement of consumption registries. Likewise, it can promptly incorporate strategies designed by the company's marketing area for a day-to-day operation such as tariff schemes, promotions, crossed discounts, bundles and packages with units included, special plans, occasional and permanent rates.

Workflow
Being SmartFlex user friendly and easy to use, end users can graphically visualize, in real time, all business processes, flow of activities, parallel and sequential tasks allowing for determining the advance of the complete process. Address Bank

Mobile
SmartFlex provides support to the services needed for the management of the information on mobile devices, which permits operative units to perform tasks ranging from the updating of jobs' transition, the creation of supporting activities, request for information on the following order, activation of devices in the platform, delivery of geo-reference coordinates, daily inventory and connection and security maintenance. This functionality centered in mobility, allows for in-line services meeting customer demands and existing competition.

Geographical Cartridge
With this module, companies may make use of geographical information available in the company's GIS systems, as well as of maps and geographical information available to the public, and include in them commercial and operative information of the company. This link is established through WMS or WFS standards commonly used in the geographical environment. By integrating geographical data with commercial and operational information, each report provided by the system will incorporate a geographical reference to the information associated with each item for each customer, providing a quick view of critical aspects or possible actions for planning, orienting and controlling commercial, technical and operative strategies.

Network Inventory
SmartFlex keeps updated in line network inventories of public utilities companies, allowing for a permanent innovation of their products and services portfolios, guaranteeing efficient maintenance processes while minimizing repair and delivery of services cycles.

SmartFlex facilitates the management, in an efficient and automated manner, or repair work which helps solving those critical problems that may arise either with the purchased products or with network elements, guaranteeing high quality service to the customers.

Mediation
SmartFlex, through its mediation module allows for the execution of automatic information gathering processes from the different telecommunications equipment, for the settlement of the registries.

SmartFlex supports the automatic activation and deactivation of telecommunication services and equipment processes, through a set of commands directed to the platforms, executing automatic orders through the services mediator.

Management of Contracts
SmartFlex has the necessary tools for the management of the different partners operating public utilities companies. This process includes the initial definition of the agreements and contracts, the management of commissions, tariffs, campaigns, follow up, performance and monetary settlement of the services.

Interconnection
This module allows for a flexible definition of interconnection agreements, between operators of telecommunication services providers, which can be defined for each operator, defining interconnection tariffs and special discounts accordingly with each negotiation. It also allows for the settlement of amounts to be paid for long distance carrier services and network or content providers accordingly with each negotiation.

Framework
Smartflex reduces the time needed for the development of applications through its support tools which allows for the development of applications based on this technology, having advantages such as standardization of user interphases and agile product maintenance.

Accounting Interphase
SmartFlex allows for the generation of accounting records through the execution of the process that uploads "the registry of charges by concepts". The text file to be uploaded to the financial system will be generated, from the information contained in the accounting records, through a script construed accordingly with the requirements of each company and the specific software formats.

System Tools
SmartFlex groups the different common functionalities that provide support to the operation and that guarantee the execution and control of the data base processes executed in the server; security policies authorizing or denying access to the information by end users; periodic information delete policies for the management of information for auditing processes.
