Telsur is currently operating in areas VIII and XI in the south of Chile and it is presently expanding itself.
After an exhausting selection process, OpenSmartflex™ arrives to give support through its flexibility and convergence to processes in order to help Telsur in its critical mission, which is: Sales and Customer Service, Products and Services Management, Taxation, Billing, Traffic Compensation with Operators, Collection Management, Network georeferenced management and network assignments among others.
Telsur has an important participation in the telecommunications’ market in Chile, together with CTC and VTR Telefónica, including all telephony areas, Internet and TV services. Open™ solution will allow a technological development process in Telsur, according to market requirements and the assumption of staying ahead with an innovative portfolio, easily adaptable to the operation of all business areas.
